Dear Members, Some of you will already have heard the rumours: Our colleagues in the Luxembourg Oxford and Cambridge Societies are organising a fantastic alumni weekend to which we have all been invited. 

This will take place in the weekend of 6-8^th of May 2022 with a full programme of events beginning with a Brazilian dinner on the Friday night. 

Following the link, you will find a folder containing the invitation and programme details as well as maps, hotel suggestions (special rates for members) and, of course, the booking form. The booking form contains the costings for each part of the programme as well as instructions on how to pay and return the form. The final cost of the weekend will depend on the individual choices you make from the programme menu.

Please return the form to (events {at} oxford.lu) as soon as possible and in any case well before the end of April. Please also put our own committee member, Nick Bowers (nickbowers2 {at} icloud.com), in cc. Nick will coordinate any requests for shared hotel accommodation, transport etc. and field any other questions you may have. Please do not reply to the secretary box!

The hosts will respond once they reach a limit on any of the bookings. 

We hope to see as many of you as possible at this weekend. Those of you who attended it in 2013 will remember how wonderful it was. The committee.
