About Maison Champenoise
:

Maison Champenoise was founded by Lema and Thomas, two childhood friends born and raised in Reims, in the heart of the Champagne region, whose friendship spans more than 15 years

Driven by a shared passion for food, hospitality, and craftsmanship, their paths first evolved separately. Thomas built his experience as an entrepreneur in the sports and events industry in Paris, while Lema developed over seven years of experience in hospitality, working closely with guests and service.

Maison Champenoise aims to bring a taste of Champagne to Amsterdam through a concept rooted in tradition, yet casual, approachable, and contemporary.
