Sir Tim Berners-Lee, an Oxford undergrad and chair, will deliver his Turing Award Lecture at the ACM Web Science Conference on Tuesday 29 May 2018, Aula Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, 09.00-11.30h.

We are pleased to confirm: The second Debate in the new University debating series in the Netherlands. This debating series was initiated by the Oxford & Cambridge Society, with the help of the Netherlands Fulbright Alumni Association. It attracts an audience consisting of alumni from a broad range of US and European universities, as well as other organizations.

Candlemas is an evening of music, poetry, readings and other contributions from our own members. Guests will be welcomed with coffee or glühwein and you will be free to wander amongst the pianos until the programme starts! During the interval we will serve a buffet supper and drinks.
